• SENSORY PROFILE: Unapologetically bold and intensely comforting. The cup extracts with a heavy, velvet-like body, opening with deep notes of Molasses and finishing with a lingering, silky Dark Chocolate richness.
• LATIN AMERICAN TERROIR: Sourced from high-altitude smallholder farms across Colombia and Central America. Grown at 1700-2000 MASL, the extreme elevation yields a dense cellular structure in the seed, allowing it to withstand deep caramelization during the roast.
• WASHED PROCESSING CLARITY: Despite its dark profile, Bronson remains immaculately clean on the palate. Every component is fully Washed at the mill, stripping away the fruit mucilage to ensure a structured, smoke-free finish.
